Recipe

Use 12-15 baby potatoes.

Then Further Boil, peel and Fry them.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, and a pinch of asafoetida. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté.

Add 2 onions (chopped) and cook until golden. Add 2 tomatoes (chopped) or tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

Add the following:

  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

Lower temperature and add ½ cup curd (whisked). Cook until creamy (2-3 min).

Add the fried baby potatoes and mix. Add ½ cup water, cover, and simmer for 10-15 min.

Add the following to finish:

  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • fresh coriander
  • cream (drizzled)

Serve with naan, roti, or jeera rice. Save this recipe for your next dinner!
